Learning and improvement framework

The Leeds Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) Learning and Improvement framework (LIF) identifies how learning will be identified, disseminated and implemented in practice within a multi-agency context in order to improve outcomes for children and young people and their families within Leeds. 

Contents of the framework include:

  1. Introduction
  2. Partnership approach to learning and improving
  3. Transparency and public accountability
  4. Partner agency contribution to learning and improvement activity undertaken by the LSCP
  5. Learning methodologies
  6. Using learning proactively
  7. Disseminating lessons learnt and required changes to practice
  8. Monitoring the impact of change
