Third Sector Safeguarding Group

 

If you work with children and young people within the voluntary, faith, community and Third Sector, come and join us at our Third Sector Safeguarding Group meetings.

The purpose of the group is to share best practice across the sector, to inform the work of the LSCP from the Third Sector perspective and to disseminate messages from the LSCP across the sector.


The group has an open membership so anyone who works with children and young people within the Third Sector is welcome to attend. There is no need to register, just turn up on the day.

The group meets quarterly. All meetings are between 1.30 - 3.30pm.The  meetings for the year ahead are:

  • Tuesday 11th February - Stringer House, 34 Luton Street, LS10 2QW
  • Tuesday 19th May - Stringer House, 34 Luton Street, LS10 2QW
  • Wednesday 24th June - Third Sector Safeguarding Children event - Further details to follow
  • Tuesday 8th September - Stringer House, 34 Luton Street, LS10 2QW
  • Tuesday 24th November - Stringer House, 34 Luton Street, LS10 2QW
