Safer Leeds, Leeds Safeguarding Adults Board and Leeds Safeguarding Children Partnership, have just published the findings from a Joint Strategic Review (JSR).
The LSCP believes that all reviews are about considering the details of a particular incident, identifying good practice, along with any potential opportunities for practice development and improvement.
This review highlighted the following:
• Think Family, Work Family
• Early intervention
• Non-Attendance at Appointments/Meetings
• Neglect
• Professional Curiosity
• Safeguarding Awareness.
Practitioners should familiarise themselves with the lessons identified within the review, to improve their future responses to domestic violence and abuse.
