New MindMate cards and posters available

MindMate cards provide families with concise information about the self-referral mental health support services in Leeds that can offer support straight away. Most of the services are for young people aged 11 to 18 years old and their parent/carers (though two helplines cover the primary school age group). How to order:

To order MindMate resources you must be a registered member of the Public Health Resource Centre, if you’re not a member you can join for free.

Use this order form to request resources. If you do not know your PHRC membership number email phrc@leeds.gov.uk to request it.

You can order the following resources (input the title, ‘L’ or ‘P’ number and quantity you want):

You will need to pick up your order from Tech North in Chapel Allerton when notified, or they offer free delivery to NHS sites only.
