Share your views by participating in the 'Think Family, Work Family' survey

In Leeds we are committed to the 'Think Family, Work Family' approach. This means recognising that individuals rarely live in isolation and practitioners should assess the needs of the wider family when working with children, parents, or adults. It also involves fostering regular communication, close collaboration, and coordinated planning among all staff and services involved with families.

In partnership with LSAB and Safer Leeds, we are conducting a survey to understand how this approach is embedded in your practice and service, and to identify ways we can further support it.

Why participate?

  • Share your experience: Help us understand how the 'Think Family, Work Family' approach is integrated into your daily work.
  • Improve our services: Your feedback will guide us in enhancing our efforts to support families more effectively.
  • Contribute to positive change: Be a part of our mission to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all staff and services.
