Team briefings have been developed to encourage discussions and reflection on a variety of safeguarding subjects within teams.
Managers are asked to:
- disseminate the briefing to their team in advance of a team meeting
- facilitate discussion of the topic and responses to the provided questions during the team meeting.
Practitioners can also use the briefings for self-study.
